I think this quote means that no matter how little are the things you do if you are doing good is going to be big. For example if you give food to a homeless you might think it is just a little bit of food but it is not just that, it is a big action. My grandmother always have told me do what is good and do not look who the person is, i think that's a good example of this quote. By this quote the author is trying to persuade people to help others and feel good with themselves.

Occupational Therapist

Duties and responsibilities: 
Occupational Therapists are in charge of patients who are mentally, emotionally, or physically disabled adjust to handicaps and regain abilities to perform daily living and self-care skills.  They work in a team which is composed of physicians, counselors, and physical therapists. 
Occupational therapists design therapy programs and work closely with patients to observe them, help them, and monitor their progress.  They frequently design special equipment to aid patients and help with their therapy.  They also teach patients how to adjust to work and home life after becoming disabled by injury or illness.  Most occupational therapists work at hospitals, and nursing homes.  Some work at schools for the handicapped, rehabilitation centers, or at adult daycare centers.

Salary:  $26,000 - $45,000

Education:
Students should take the most challenging high school math, science, and English courses. 
All  states require either a bachelor's or master's degree. Also they may require clinical experience and successful completion of a national examination to become a certified occupational therapist.


I don't want to be an occupational therapist because i think it is too hard. This job requieres someone that has patience. I think that people working as an occupational therapist are good people that like to help others.

Creting your future may not be easy but it becomes easier as you go on the right way. For example i predict i am going to be a dentist and i am on my way to make it happen because I am trying to get into college for this career. Your predictions are never going to come true if you don't step up and start walking towards them. Get in the right path and start making predictions about your future life.

Nursing Home Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:
Nursing Home Administrators plan and direct operations of nursing homes and long-term care facilities. They make sure that the personnel, financial, medical, and nursing administration are working. 
The majority work in nursing homes, but some work for large corporations that control many facilities.  Some are also involved in teaching and research.

Average Salary:   $40,000 - $55,000 

Educational Requirements:
Students should take challenging high school courses in business, science, math, and English. 
Requirements may vary, but most states requirestudents to have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing home administration, and complete an additional internship program. To become a Nursing Home Administrator you must take and pass a comprehensive examination. 

I don't want to be a nursing home administrator because it does not sounds interesting for me, i like creative things. I think this is an easy job and fun but it is not my type of fun. This job is for someone that likes to be in a quiet environment and does not like to be bother for anyone.

I think this quote means that we have to follow school rules in order to have a good time while we are on school. For example if you do not wear your school uniform teachers are not going to be happy with you and you are going to get in trouble and if that happens you will probably feel like they are against you. Another example is when you are not doing your work the teacher will punish you in some way, when this happens the most typical answer from students is "the teacher hates me" and that is not true, that is the teacher's work he or she has to give you work so you can learn. It is funny to see how some students behave because they think teachers are against students. Luckily my teachers are cool enough to understand when someone got in trouble and couldn't finish some work project or something like that. My personal example is that some months ago i had to do a school project for my new media class, the project was in partners, my partner decided to do it at my home, so we did it but i do not have internet at home so i couldn't upload my project to my computer and i saved it on a usb and gave it to my partner then he gave it to his girlfriend and i dind't knew. Then when we get to class we were not working because we did not follow instructions about uploading it to dropbox and he forgot to ask his girlfriend for the usb so we got a "U" on our final report for cooperation. I felt sad because it was not my fault, but it was on a way because i could go to the library and upload it there, but i did not do that. 

School Assembly

Last friday teachers made a show for students, it was funny and entertaining. They were acting like HPIAM students. The main messege was that we have to have a good behavior and wear our school uniforms everyday. They were jumping and dancing funny just to make us laugh. The School Assembly helped me to understand why is important to wear the school uniform and that i have to pay attention to all my classes. 

What i think was the most important thing about the assembly is that it is the proof that all of our teachers care about us and they don't mind to act funny as long as we get an important messege from them. The teachers from my school are the best teachers. ☺

You must act now to accomplish everything you want for you life. Everyday is a time to start and if you think tomorrow is the best day to start you are going to loose time. You must take action of your life to make it worth.

Progress Report of my 100 goals

I am on my way to achieve 5 of my goals. The first one is get straight A's i am trying my best to make that happen and it is happening. The second one is doing all of my homework and i been doing it since i came back for winter. The third one is cleanning my room at least twice in a week. The fourth one is graduate from high school and i am on my way to reach that goal. The fifth one is help my brother with his homework and i been doing it since i wrote it. It feels awesome to be able to see how much i am growing mentally and emotionally. Once i had my goals written down it is easier to follow them and reach them. I think this is a good experience if you have something you really want to do. Try it, you will not be able to stop once you start.

I would like to try this technique because i think it is helpful if i am struggling with something. Is sounds interesting and i read about people that already tried it and they said it is worthful.

I think this quote means that some people take records as challenges to break them and outdo themselves  and at the same time they outdo others. Records are meant to be break, that's the whole point of them. Records encourage people to outdo themselves. For example: When i use typing tutor i choose a harder lesson every time i do it, i am challenging myself to break my own record and be better at typing everyday. If you want to be good at something you have to create your own record and try to break it.

 Health Information Specialist obtain, post, and analyze medical workload, finance, and insurence data. They ensure that this information is properly recorded into medical records so practitioners can plan and evaluate health care provided to patients.
Health information specialists work in hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, physician offices, and many other medical settings.

Educational requirements:
Students should take high school courses in business, information management, science, math, and english.
Coding specialists must have a high school diploma or GED certificate.  Training is usually conducted on the job, but classes are offered at technical schools and community colleges.  To become certified, specialists must pass an examination. 



I don't want to be a health information specialist, but i think it is good option if you like data. I don't want to be one because i am not organized.

I think this quote means that you have to outdo yourself if you want to succeed because that way you can do everything better every time you try to do something. If you are trying something new do it several times until you master it. Every person in this world master something and that something may be different to yours, so you have to try your best at everything not because of what someone else can do but because you want to accomplish whatever goal you made for yourself.

 Health Sciences Librarian

Duties and responsibilities:
Health Sciences Librarians collect and organize medical information and help practitioners find the information they need for patient care, education, research, and administration. 

They establish electronic and digital database information systems.  Librarians organize this information into collections and develop catalogs for access and provide reference assistance to patrons.  They coordinate and control budgets and supervise library technicians.

Library technicians assist librarians in organizing collections, shelve books, manage circulation desks, answer patrons' questions, and perform administrative duties.

Average salary:    $35,000-$55,000

Educational Requirements:
Students should take challenging high school courses in information management, science, math, and English. 

Health Sciences library training varies by employer. Associate degrees can be earnes in many of these programs.


I don't want to be a health sciences librarian, but i think it is a good option for people that like to help other people and are very organized. I don't want to be one because i am not organized, so i think i wouldn't be good at it.

My christmas 3 weeks

In my christmas vacation i went to mexico to visit my family and friends. I went to a party with my friends and i had fun. I came back to be in new year with my family and i ate a lot of different foods my mom and I made. 

Then my last week i just took rest all week long. I saw three movies, their names are: This is us, frozen, and polar express. I'm happy that I got to see my love ones and i'm excited to do it again.

I think this quote means that having a good life is hard but after the hard part comes the easy. I think everyday is a battle with ourselves but it we don't choose the right this battle is going to become harder and harder everyday. To reach our dreams take long but not that long as if we don't try to do it. 

For example:

If you want to graduate from high school, you have to get good grades, because if you get F's you are going to have to get those classes again and it is going to take you longest to graduate. You are going to feel like you are going to be in high school forever, but if you choose the right and get good grades, your high school is going to feel easier and short.

Both technicians and technologists perform laboratory work to identify, diagnose, and treat diseases. 

Clinical laboratory technicians use laboratory equipment, chemicals and computers to perform laboratory procedures, and manage laboratory quality control programs.  They also prepare culture media.  They conduct tests and make reports for clinical technologists or physicians.
Most clinical laboratory specialists work in hospitals, but they are also employed by private practices, medical groups, research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and universities.

I don't want to be a clinical laboratory specialist, but it sounds interesting. I like the medical field, however this is not what i would like to be.
